These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of kultura.co.id (the "Site"), operated by PT. Kios Gemar Kreasi ("Kultura", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is provided for general information about Kultura and its ecosystem of brands. It is not an e-commerce platform; purchases, grading submissions, ticketing and similar transactions take place on our sub-brand platforms and are subject to their own terms.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images and the "Kultura" name and marks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

4. Third-party links and brands

The Site links to our sub-brand platforms and to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third-party sites, and links do not imply endorsement.

5. No professional or investment advice

Information on the Site is provided for general purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal or other professional advice. Trading cards and collectibles are not financial instruments, and their value can go down as well as up. References to authentication or grading describe third-party services and are not a guarantee of value, condition or future resale price.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
